BTEC BUSINESS CAFE
Yr10 Business BTEC students planned and ran a Chocolate Café for several lunch times as part of their BTEC course.
Students worked in teams to organise
resources needed to provide cakes and drinks for their customers and
were assessed on their customer service and team working skills. The cafés
were very successful and students raised over £60 that was donated to
the
Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
