Complaints Procedure

If you need to contact the College to discuss any issues, please either telephone or write to the person concerned. They may be able to explain or put your mind at rest about the issue. You will receive a reply to any written request within five working days and telephone requests will receive a response within twenty four hours. Answers to simple questions may not take as long as more serious or complicated concerns. Our aim is to resolve positively any issues as soon as possible through effective communication between students, staff and parents.

To ensure that effective meetings take place it is important to always make an appointment with the member of staff concerned before visiting the College.

Freedom of Information Policy

At Sawyers Hall College we are committed to openness and transparency in the provision of information to all persons or organisations who request it. A full copy of our policy is available on request based on our duties under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Data Protection Act 1998. There may be charges for some information supplied. Please let us know if we can help you.
