Course Introduction:
This course provides students with a sound understanding of the
nature of the Law and an appreciation of the role of Law in Society.
The course studied is designed to encourage students to:
• Develop an interest in current affairs and politics. It affords
the opportunity to debate topical issues, drawing on legal authority
to support one’s arguments.
