Why study this course?
The additional science course looks more closely at scientific
explanations. Studying science helps students to understand how
to interpret data, think logically and communicate clearly and
carefully. These skills help to prepare students for further
study of biology, chemistry, physics and psychology at AS level.
The students will also gain valuable skills, which are needed
in many different jobs that are not science based.
